@@jimbob1644 Ellen White’s writings were never considered to be above scripture. She said they are a lesser light to the greater light. She was a messenger she never called herself a prophet the church did. Her writings are on the same level as Isaiah and all of God’s prophets.
The Bible says “despise not prophesying” and I say this in love.

ADVENTIST ELLEN WHITE FALSE DOCTRINES
False doctrines are lies and you know that heresy is a work of the flesh as declared in Galatians chapter 5. Heretics do not inherit the kingdom of God. So this is a serious matter. Adventists believe the Sabbath (going to church on Saturday) is binding from Ellen White because the Lord Jesus did not command it. God wrote with his finger, but "Has in these last days spoken unto us by his Son (Hebrews 1:2)." There is liberty in Christ concerning days according to Romans 14:5,6, so there's no sabbath or Sunday keeping commandments given in the New Testament. Therefore, the Sunday law mark of the beast is a hoax. Ellen White has her followers trying to earn points with God keeping the sabbath, but "by the deeds of the law no flesh shall be justified in his sight (Romans 3:20)." The 10 commandments are "the ministration of DEATH ENGRAVED IN STONES (2 Corinthians 3:7) superseded by the COMMANDMENTS OF CHRIST. Love is the heart of the moral law, not the sabbath day:"Love worketh no ill to his neighbor, therefore love is THE FULFILLING OF THE LAW (Romans 13:10)."Righteousness comes through Christ, not by the law (Galatians 2:21). The Holy Spirit is the seal of God (Ephesians 1:13), not the sabbath day.
The Sabbath commandment is nowhere quoted in the New Testament. Jesus, as Lord of the sabbath, chose not to quote the 4th commandment. Therefore, Ellen White's followers attempt to keep the sabbath day because Ellen White told them to. Jesus COMMANDED his followers to REMEMBER LOT'S WIFE, not remember the sabbath day. Sabbath keeping Jews killed the Lord Jesus and their own prophets...they please not God, and are contrary to all men...for the wrath is come upon them to the uttermost (1Thessalonians 2:14-16)." In Acts they murdered Stephen and stoned Paul.
The sabbath was a sign ONLY to Israel (Exodus 31:17) and therefore has nothing to do with the gospel and the gentiles. Jesus is the reality of things foreshadowed in the Old Testament, of which the Sabbath day was one as Colossians 2:16, 17 declares: the Sabbath was a shadow that pointed to Christ who is the fulfillment. This fact is clearly demonstrated in the book of Numbers 28:9, 10 where two lambs were offered ceremonially on the sabbath day which looked forward to the sacrifice of Christ. The Old Testament sacrifices, the priesthood and the Sabbath were abolished and Jesus became the hope of eternal rest. It is a simple gospel to just follow him and rest in His merits and the promises of God, for we "are complete in him (Colossians 2:10)" and "...By grace are ye saved through faith... not of works lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto GOOD WORKS...(Ephesians 2:8-10)." Therefore, the rest of faith in Hebrews 4 is not the Sabbath day. It is exactly that - a rest of FAITH as noted in 4:3, not a day of the week. The message of the Book of Hebrews is for Jews and anyone else to not go back to Judaism or apostatize. Keeping faith in Christ will lead to eternal rest in heaven which the Old Testament Promised Land foreshadowed.
The word "sabbath" is not even mentioned after the book of Acts except in Colossians 2:16 where Paul advises Christians about judgmental sabbath keepers. Judaizers are accursed for pulling Christians back into the Old Testament obsolete Jewish system like sabbath keeping (see Galatians 1:6-9). His sheep hear his voice and a stranger they will not follow(John 10).
Paul went into the synagogues on the Sabbath in the book of Acts to preach to the Jews and their gentile converts as noted in Acts 13. The unbelieving sabbath keeping Jews persecuted the apostles, murdered Stephen and stoned Paul, therefore those were not believer's meetings in the synagogues, and obviously Paul was not observing the sabbath day. On the contrary, the believers met on the first day of the week - the day of the resurrection, also called the LORD'S DAY, as seen in 1 Corinthians 16:2; Acts 20:7 and Revelation 1:10. Therefore, going to church on the first day of the week is not taking the mark of the beast. Christians were meeting on that day long before the Catholic Church was instituted. Ellen White invented the idea that Sunday church attendance is taking the mark of the beast, therefore it is dangerous to trust your eternal destiny on her "visions" or "revelations." It looks like the mark of the beast is going to be a digital tattoo or a microchip implant.
Soul sleeping is a false doctrine. Jesus "brought life and immortality to light through the gospel(2 Tim. 1:10)." Therefore there's life immediately after death in which consciousness survives death ( see Hebrews 9:27). Eternal life begins now in this life upon experiencing the new birth. New Testament examples are: When Jesus was transfigured before Peter, James and John, "there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him (Matthew 17:3)." The rich man and Lazarus were alive after death. Jesus said that the believing thief on the cross would go to paradise the day he died. Stephen the first martyr when about to die said, "Lord Jesus, receive my spirit (Acts 7:59)." Hebrews 12:22-24 describes who are in heaven, including the spirits of just men made perfect, that is, the disembodied believers from earth. This is also taught in 1 Thessalonians 4:14: "...them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him." According to 2 Corinthians 5:6-9, to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Since there is no soul sleeping in Christ, the bodies of believers will be resurrected at the coming of the Lord. The clear teaching of SCRIPTURE is that consciousness survives death. See also 1 Samuel 28:10-20.
Concerning the no meat eating doctrine: It is "giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils forbidding to abstain from meats. (1Timothy 4:1,3)". Jesus ate fish and lamb.
Jesus taught an endless hell "where the fire is not quenched and the worm dieth not", but Ellen White taught annihilation or no hell instead. Consciousness survives death.
The investigative judgment is nowhere taught in scripture. She made it up after the Second Coming did not take place in 1843. This is another made up heresy invented by Ellen White as well as probation and that Jesus is Michael the archangel.
The U.S. in prophecy is the great eagle in Revelation 12:14, not the second beast of Revelation chapter 13.
According to someone's testimony, they saw in hell the prophetess Ellen White in hell. Jesus said she is in this place for inventing heresies. She prophesied lies and still had connections with the satanists who helped [her] ministry grow. She also taught [her] members to keep the Sabbath stepping on My grace. Whoever wants to live in the law will have to never sinned. Whoever chooses to live in the law will have to save himself from it without committing any sin like Me [Jesus]. All the sects that reject My grace stare down the contract of the New Covenant. Whoever lives in the contract of the Old Covenant will be cursed and go to hell. Jesus said, "This woman Ellen White lied saying, 'There is no hell.' " She taught people hell does not exist, but when she died she landed in hell. Now she is in it and I saw how the demons tormented that woman. The more souls went down to hell because of her teaching, the more she was tormented. From the foundation of her sect until now, millions of souls are now coming to hell. Jesus said,"Testify most of its souls may come to salvation and ascend into heaven."

How can the US beast horns be Protestantism/Republicanism? Horns in the bible represents a king/kingdom. I don’t find it fits for the horns but the rest of the points seems to fit.
What was the prophecy of Jonah?
“Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown.”
I’m not saying all Bible prophecies are conditional but the prophecy of Jonah was conditional - from which we should learn that some Bible prophecies are conditional.
Is there anywhere in the book of Jonah where either God or Jonah includes in the prophecy that it is conditional?

Did the Apostle, John, write that the two-horned beast would speak as a dragon?
Is that prophecy conditional?
Conditional on what?
On whether the people represented by the two-horned beast understand that danger of speaking as a dragon and the disaster is averted because they meet the conditions.
There are few things that give me more pain than hearing people imply that the two-horned beast IS speaking as a dragon.
So here is the big question: If the disaster is averted, will the people who predict the tragic transformation of the two-horned beast do as Jonah did? Will they complain to God because the people who repented and avoided the disaster?
If you haven’t read the book of Jonah lately, please do so. And then read all of the above again. PLEASE don’t stop short of every possible way to avert the disaster. Please don’t speak as if the disaster is inevitable or - worse yet - as if it has already happened.

As one nearing the senior years, I can say the clock is moving faster. In fact, it is becoming hard to catch up! A sure harbinger of the nearness of Jesus' return.

There is nothing Christian about Sabbath keeping! The JEWISH Christians were keeping the sabbath because they were *Jews* , not because they are Christian!
Read Isa. 58:13 forbids, *"doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:"*
*Who believes for one second that the Adventists have ever kept the Sabbath after that manner?* The Adventist's have never kept the Sabbath, they only abuse it to preach hate and to appear righteous before men (Mt. 23) . All this, so they can claim they keep the 10 commandments, when they know how dishonest they are being before God and man.
Like the 10 commandments, For all this bluster and bovarism by the Adventists and others about Sabbath keeping, THEY DON’T keep the Sabbath either. They just SAY they do!
The Adventists and their like all know in their hearts what they are doing and preaching is wrong. But, they do it anyway. Doing what is right and telling the truth is not in their hearts, destroying and subverting the faith of others is. And, that is all of which they care.

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto GOOD WORKS...(Ephesians 2:8-10)." Therefore, the rest of faith in Hebrews 4 is not the Sabbath day. It is exactly that - a rest of FAITH as noted in 4:3, not a day of the week. The message of the Book of Hebrews is for Jews and anyone else to not go back to Judaism or apostatize. Keeping faith in Christ will lead to eternal rest in heaven which the Old Testament Promised Land foreshadowed.
The word "sabbath" is not even mentioned after the book of Acts except in Colossians 2:16 where Paul advises Christians about judgmental sabbath keepers. Judaizers are accursed for pulling Christians back into the Old Testament obsolete Jewish system like sabbath keeping (see Galatians 1:6-9). His sheep hear his voice and a stranger they will not follow(John 10).
Paul went into the synagogues on the Sabbath in the book of Acts to preach to the Jews and their gentile converts as noted in Acts 13. The unbelieving sabbath keeping Jews persecuted the apostles, murdered Stephen and stoned Paul, therefore those were not believer's meetings in the synagogues, and obviously Paul was not observing the sabbath day. On the contrary, the believers met on the first day of the week - the day of the resurrection, also called the LORD'S DAY, as seen in 1 Corinthians 16:2; Acts 20:7 and Revelation 1:10. Therefore, going to church on the first day of the week is not taking the mark of the beast. Christians were meeting on that day long before the Catholic Church was instituted. Ellen White invented the idea that Sunday church attendance is taking the mark of the beast, therefore it is dangerous to trust your eternal destiny on her "visions" or "revelations." It looks like the mark of the beast is going to be a digital tattoo or a microchip implant.
Soul sleeping is a false doctrine. Jesus "brought life and immortality to light through the gospel(2 Tim. 1:10)." Therefore there's life immediately after death in which consciousness survives death ( see Hebrews 9:27). Eternal life begins now in this life upon experiencing the new birth. New Testament examples are: When Jesus was transfigured before Peter, James and John, "there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him (Matthew 17:3)." The rich man and Lazarus were alive after death. Jesus said that the believing thief on the cross would go to paradise the day he died. Stephen the first martyr when about to die said, "Lord Jesus, receive my spirit (Acts 7:59)." Hebrews 12:22-24 describes who are in heaven, including the spirits of just men made perfect, that is, the disembodied believers from earth. This is also taught in 1 Thessalonians 4:14: "...them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him." According to 2 Corinthians 5:6-9, to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Since there is no soul sleeping in Christ, the bodies of believers will be resurrected at the coming of the Lord. The clear teaching of SCRIPTURE is that consciousness survives death. Concerning the no meat eating doctrine: It is "giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils forbidding to abstain from meats. (1Timothy 4:1,3)". Jesus ate fish and lamb.
Jesus taught an endless hell "where the fire is not quenched and the worm dieth not", but Ellen White taught annihilation or no hell instead. Consciousness survives death.
The investigative judgment is nowhere taught in scripture. She made it up after the Second Coming did not take place in 1843. This is another made up heresy invented by Ellen White as well as probation and that Jesus is Michael the archangel.
The U.S. in prophecy is the great eagle in Revelation 12:14, not the second beast of Revelation chapter 13.
According to someone's testimony, they saw in hell the prophetess Ellen White in hell. Jesus said she is in this place for inventing heresies. She prophesied lies and still had connections with the satanists who helped [her] ministry grow. She also taught [her] members to keep the Sabbath stepping on My grace. Now she is in it and I saw how the demons tormented that woman. The more souls went down to hell because of her teaching, the more she was tormented. From the foundation of her sect until now, millions of souls are now coming to hell. Jesus said,"Testify most of its souls may come to salvation and ascend into heaven."

The only reason the SDA Church exists is for the bringing forth of the 144000. This is the early rain time. God the Father brings the conviction that the individual must commit to keeping the ten commandments . The testimony of Jesus's humanity is the example to be emulated. All who adopt this mindset are given to Jesus and He begins to pray for them . In this way they become aware of where to grow their character to become Jesus like.Then using their free moral agency they petition grace from our Father to grow in what has been revealed to them . The ten commandments become ten wells of living water through which Jesus provides the impetus to pray for grace from His Father in combination with self resolve and so drinking of the water of life is done. Only those who are in that mindset when the 144000 in number are realised are included in the Lamb's book of life. The opportunity to be saved under the first angels message is then shut prior to the second angels message door being open.
To develop the character under the first angels message ,part of it is keeping sundown Friday to sundown Saturday set aside for learning of the ways of God. Isaiah 58v12-14 . So God has established a body of people ( SDAs) where there is opportunity to fellowship over subject matter such as this. God has also provided E White's writings as food for thought . " come let us reason together" " you can discern the weather but you can not discern the time" . We are expected to reason from cause to effect and from effect to cause. Can Omnisience be accused of the folly of having to present to death the only being that came forth from His bosom to overcome the consequences of one man ( Adam ) being in love with his wife. If we consider that Jesus came to show us that the law is not grevious and that we can in combination with God's grace live in them then Omnisience takes on a different hue ,radiating concerned love. In chapter 14 of E White compilation CET paragraph 101.1 ,she records SDAs with " weighed in the balance and found wanting" written on their garments. These are those who are shut out when the 144,000 in number are reached. To this group who can no longer be among the saved,Jesus words " blessed are you when persecuted and suffer for my name sake for great is your reward in heaven" no longer apply. As they jump in boots and all when " sunday" strife begins,God writes that on their garments to save them from pointless suffering.
In regard to the gospel going to all the world......Just as Jesus's three and half year ministry had signs and wonders attesting to the truth of his message so the 144,000 do also. This is the latter rain provided by the " great power" of Revelation 18. Firstly the second angels message is presented to non Sabbath keeping churched peoples who must then take a stand for the Sabbath as their accent to the binding nature of the ten commandments.Once they have all made their decision then that door of opportunity is shut and the final door to the unchurched is open. The 144,000 and those of the non Sabbath churched who have taken their stand in the Sabbath then take the message with signs and wonders following to the unchurched of the world. Once they have all made their decision then that door closes and Jesus comes out of the most holy place and declares for the Father " let those who are unjust be unjust still let those who are filthy be filthy still" .Jesus last act as our high priest is to pray for us to the Father as he prayed for Peter prior to Gethsemane...." Let those who are righteous be righteous still let those who are holy be holy still".
The issues raised here are dismissed in SDA ism as " perfectionism" .Like any good thing in life there is always a striving before realisation. For " perfectionism" this begins by acknowledging that it is the Father's will for our life and by and through grace from Him we begin by eschewing thoughts that would lead us from obedience. Being in fellowship with this intent is what the Sabbath is for. Stifling this for the sake of church numbers is what trampling on the Sabbath means .
