Absolutely! He is definitely not in this for the money; even when he explained why he started doing so many businesses at a fast pace, because he felt like he had to prove something to her mom and the world because everyone just looked at him as a gold Diggin man. Like he stated, he had a career before Kandi and stopped working that career because Kandi didn’t like him doing all of that traveling. He even talked about how he isn’t truly happy doing all of the things he is currently doing, but he does them so that he can bring him money so he doesn’t look like a deadbeat because he doesn’t make the money she makes.

Ace Lee Some men are loud on camera and not just on RHOA . Emotions get the best of some people and sometimes regardless of the surroundings, people lose their cool. Never seen Todd talk crazy to Kandi and doubt Kandi would deal with a man like that.

Kandi, I felt this in my soul, I served in the military for 21 years, my husband had to take on an “untraditional” role. I’ve deployed multiples times, but even when I wasn’t deployed, I put my career ahead of my family, working 12-14 hour days, trying to balance them both was a struggle. My decisions caused me to almost lose my family. Now that I’m retired, I see what my husband was saying for so many years... Slow down Kandi, enjoy these moments, because you’ll never get that time back. Love you two together!!

If they were to divorce today (many prayers that they don't🙏🏿), no judge on this planet wouldn't give Todd full custody. Kandi, needs to slow down. I hope I'm wrong, but it seems that he's making a public documentary case that he is the Primary Caregiver in which he is. Gone 10 weeks, she has the finance to not only take her kids with her, but to also take a full staff. Look Ace can do a trade off, do homeschool in order to see his Mom. Riley can fly out on weekends.
You better watch out Kandi, because this seems like a no brainer. I love their relationship and especially Todd. However, I've seen this scenario play out a many of times in favor of the parent that is with the children over 50% of the time.

Kandi lost her brother, SOMETIMES when someone/something has been snatched from you; sometimes you can become a workaholic or a control freak (because you have control over that). It doesn't make it right but sometimes it's reality. Also, when your the one that takes care of everyone, it's the SAME people who says you "work too much". I go through that ALOT! I REALLY like them together. Its refreshing to see her still let him carry the lead even tho she is a boss! I LOVE his calmness when he communicates. Opposites do attract! I pray God continues to cover them!

Peaches Royale she should take a week long family vacation at least 4 times a yr (1 per qtr). Then she should take Anniversary, and bday breaks for just her and Todd (3 days or so). That way the time they do get together is real QUALITY time. I bet if she she does this it would create a much better balance. Her work can not overlap with this time she must completely unplug. After those week long vacays they will be recharged and fine with her probably working consistent 12 hr work days. I wrote all this hoping she reads it. Sis can I make a suggestion? When your son is eating his breakfast in the morning have that time for you and him to caught up. Remove his laptop and get into a routine of getting to know him and him you.
I observed that and commented to my husband about that. I love Kandi but as a culture and a generation, we have to do better developing healthier habits with our children, with each other and for ourselves.

I hear you and it was also my first thought. Then, I considered that she could have very well been preparing to do something together with Ace, just because there is laptop present doesn't mean that there is no quality time happening. Every family is different and may do things differently, since there is more than one way to do it.

Love you both and love your hustle! I’m an essential employee working as the Director of Education at a residential treatment center for abused and traumatized children. This quarantine has been tough on all of us. The kids can’t have visitors right now and we are working on crisis mode. But to make it fun for the kids and our staff, we have played more games and devoted more time to the children. It has brought us all joy. For my personal fun time, I watch RUclips and talk to my family since they are out of town.

I wholeheartedly agree. We get tunnel visioned sometimes with our goals and that is hard for someone else to understand. We look at the big picture but small things sometimes go out the window. We know how to make an opportunity from anything BUT in our personal lives, if the person we are with does not understand that drive or does not have the same drive, it will not work. We wear many hats and they are hard to take off bc we know the goal at the end of the tunnel will be beneficial
