  • In this video, Dr. Mukund continues to take us on this eternal journey of
contemplation on numbers and symbols and explains the symbolism behind the ten
famous avatars of Bhagavantha. Dr. Mukund takes us on this journey of
contemplation starting with the Matsya avatar and explains why the fish form is the
starting point for a spiritual aspirant immersed in the ocean of life. He then explains
the natural evolution in Dhyana to the Kurma avatar where he explains the
significance of the hard shell of the Kurma Avatar and its connection to spiritual
protection, as one attempts to explore beyond his or her natural environment. This is
followed by Varaha Avatar that helps us overcome the tendency to go off track in
pursuit of material wealth. Lastly, the Narasimha Avatar that balances intuition and
    the intellect is explained.
