Chopper's interview is the most insightful to me, but it's mostly about out-of-the-server things, like work-life balance, relationships with teammates and coaches, etc. But sh1ro is close second since he's pretty much a veteran unlike other younger guys of the team, who don't have some of his insights yet. Banger content anyway, keep at it!
The best thing that these type of mindset and discipline is useful for every type of sports or work or even learning. So thanks. I gived up the dream becoming a CS pro, but I have a plenty other dreams and plan. So thanks Styko for supporting with this video my new dreams as well.
About the part where I should sacrifice myself for my team mate: I struggle with that when my confidence in my team mate is not high at all. Sometimes I know that my team mate is worse than me by quite a bit so I don't feel comfortable going in first/baiting for him in a situation where it would be the optimal play. For 5 players to be able to actually leave the ego at home everyone has to be 100% confided in his team mates because otherwise, it won't work out.
I would love more videos on mindset and mental fortitude. I know poor mental fortitude is that's what shattered my confidence and drive to go pro in the game
WHen i got a taste of what competitive gaming is I busted my ass training. I got in a tournament after just a month playing the game for the first time. After that I spent a month play the game but my body couldn't take it. I have never regret anything more. I should have let my body to rest but I didn't and now I have pain everywhere. NOw it is so hard to not hate myself and actually try.
On the team prioritization side its a double edged sword, as much as you can do the most towards helping the team, if there are some issues creating a roadblock for your team and you're not fragging, teammates start pointing fingers and seemingly GMs and Orgs value stats quite a lot. Although obviously in a functional team you should prioritise being the best teammate, but if your livelihood is potentially at risk, I understand why some pros would focus on their stats.
14:00 start telling your fans to start working out and developing good habits becouse most ppl will never be good in this game or understand anything. So atleast the dont waste there youth on a video game but instead learned to be healthier and how to be effective in life. Btw msot ppl will become better in cs if the start beeing better in school and socialise around other humans because one of the most usefull skill is intuition. Players like s1mple zywoo or me are able to understand the psychology of an enemy in split seconds becouse 99.99 % of all the players you play against never reflected there subconscious decision. So kids please dont waste your time dont grind and allways reflect your decisions always.
Very good video analysis Martin, this is one of most important aspects to become consistent in any sport/industry. Discipline + good fanatism is a key to success. Shiro interview ---> ruclips.net/video/0gnlOi4-lVg/видео.htmlsi=D3bsnnK_kTxLdlwR
Love you Styko and ur videos but I'm not very satisfied with the reason for creating a video about a russian. Love u Styko, keep going to reach top of youtube and top of CS with Monte. Слава Україні!
Because Sh1ro's responsible for the war, of course. Go take your politics to somewhere more fitting rather than shit on an educational video about a video game.

I loved chopper's episode, too. It clearly shows the line in Team Spirit who is the "older, experienced" and who is young, hungry to constantly play.
Great breakdown, I really enjoy the pacing of this with your own experiences "sprinkled" in. Keep it up! :)
Good stuff man. Always love to see something useful
Discipline is freedom. - Bruce Lee
Weird but these interviews help me to think about my everyday life mindset also...
Most of them apply to both anyway. You will need to have discipline and hold yourself accountable when you live on your own etc.
Styko makes GOAT content
Banger as always, appreciate all the insightful content!
This will always be my #1 type of content from you. In terms of how much useful stuff in what time is conveyed it is unbeaten.
warms my heart to read comments like these. I will definitely do more 😄
Good video as always. There aren't many views and subs, but keep piling up the good content. This channel will blow up one day

No clue, algorithm is a unknown beast sometimes :D

I would really like to hear your thoughts on other players' interviews!

Weird strange comment, already responded to in the first 30 seconds. Good players have insights that worse players might not.
don’t bring politics into education especially to a Styko video.
Because Sh1ro's responsible for the war, of course. Go take your politics to somewhere more fitting rather than shit on an educational video about a video game.
