Come on bro you should carry more than one contactor on your truck. You just said they are both bad and you only change one. Now the customer gets screwed out of a repair.

An Ecobee is not compatible with this type of unit as it uses a proprietary communication system.

Wasn't sure what the original stat was but trane 3 wire communicating systems have a d r b wiring setup getting the 850 was a good move
