Sunset beautiful CIRCLE TO LAND approach to runway 10 in Genoa, Italy

Sometimes, due to various factors such as terrain, weather, special requirements and etc. straight in approaches are not possible.
In such cases we may fly straight in approach followed by visual circle to land on the opposite runway.
This is exactly what we had to do in Genoa due to tailwind and special requirements for RNP A 10 approach.

Красивый заход. Там, кстати, вдоль полосы (слева на видео) марина с яхтами и ресторанами, откуда удобно наблюдать за самолётами, жаль траффик не самый оживленный), а в самом аэропорту на стоянках можно встретить различные интересные модели самолётов, от Пьяджо Аванти и противопожарных Бомбардье 415, до Боинга BBJ Max
