Depending on the job and hazards and such it can be a lot less. But as long as there is demand and there are profiters and places with no controls or enforcement this will go on. Turkey, India, Pakistan, China, Philippines, Taiwan, Etc...
We can talk about solving global environment problems while these kind of manufactures exists. Nevertheless these workers will not live 10+years from now because of the dust deposition in them lungs, it's absolutely sure.
