How do some people not realise what Alan is trying to do? He legit said it many episodes ago, If omniman is still alive, he'd likely be kept in the viltrumite prison along side many of the other viltrumite enemies strong enough to convert. Alan heard Anissa say "you're coming with us to the prison" and immediately decided it'd be a good chance to free omniman or anyone else that's in there.
i feel like the invincible war will be great training for him, it's just mark going against other evil versions of himself so they should all be at about the same power level, and each one could have fighting skills that our Mark can learn from.
Believe me when I say Anissa is a character that is not only scary but in the long term future of the show she is going break Mark in countless ways emotionally, physically and psychologically, I won't spoil anything from the comics though. Though I am glad Mark and Amber broke up for the better I will say they wrote Amber really well in this season and at least for me personally they redeemed her from Season 1 and made her more reasonable until she reached her logical breaking point when it came to how fragile her and Marks relationship was.
I saw a really good video someone made that could've redeemed that scene almost entirely. they had Amber be the daughter of Darkwing, and she doesn't like superheroes because her father died being one. Sure, the transfer memories of his other selves showed him what an evil Invincible could be like for us, but he knows our Invincible is a hero. If Levy is mad at Mark for stopping his memory transfer, as Mauler pointed out by stopping the memory transfer machine it caused all of his other selves to die & his brain to be deformed. Also, Levy was the 1 who decided to transfer 1,000 minds all at once instead of 1 at a time, so it really his own carelessness that caused him to become a villain. Finally, I feel Levy should have teamed up with our Mark to learn more about why he opposed Omni Man & the Viltrumite Empire since he knows most Marks team up with them. If he discovered why our Mark was unique in wanting to protect Earth they could find a way to stop the Viltrumite Empire here.

We even see the GDA stop a dragon that was attacking Italy in season 1. The "save white America" comment makes no sense. And this is coming from an Asian dude.

A lot of the chapters are rearranged to fit better for tv so if we were to follow comics, it would actually be season 5 but if we follow the way the show is made, it'll probably be season 4, possibly end of 3 if they skip more chapters like they did season 1 and 2.
