  • 54 Hz Frequency.
Our bodies need a range of frequencies to support good health, when one tunes in into nature's frequency, life becomes change with good health, change becomes hope.
If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.
As the spiritual frequency penetrates the physical world, which includes both the planet and your own body, it also saturates your mind and emotions. Your body revs to adapt to the higher vibration, which initially disturbs your comfort level.
High frequency energy activates both positive and negative emotions, which makes you more aware of them.
Your Brain is electrochemical organ, and its electricity is measured in brain waves. There are four categories of brain waves, ranging from the fastest to the slowest. Interestingly, the fastest brain waves correspond with lower frequency awareness, while the slowest brain waves correlate with higher frequency, expanded awareness.
Beta (13 - 40 Hz, or cycles per second) Beta, the fastest of the brain waves, is associated with an alert waking state, when your brain is aroused and engaged in mental activity. When you read in bed before going to sleep, you're probably in low beta. The more intense the activity and arousal, as with fear, anger, hunger, or surprise, the faster the frequency.
Alpha (8 - 13 Hz) Alpha brain waves are slower and appear when you're relaxed but not drowsy, with an effortless alertness. They are found during tranquil states, such as light meditation, reflection, daydreaming, biofeedback and body-mind integration, light hypnosis, creative visualization, artistic and intuitive processes, time in nature, rest, and exercise.
Theta (4 - 8 Hz) Theta brain waves are much slower and are associate with drowsiness, the first stage of sleep, dreaming, deeper levels of meditation, inspired creativity and imagination, increased recall, and mystical states of intuitive perception. Theta can feel trancelike, as when you’re driving on a freeway or taking a long shower, lose track of time, and perhaps find a free flow of ideas or visions surfacing in your mind.
Delta (0.5 - 4 Hz) Delta brain waves are very slow and are found during deep sleep. They are connected with sleepwalking and sleep-talking, as we as deep trance and processes of self-healing
