How long did you have to wait to get the circuit board?

So they just added a Diode which burns the 0.15V "overvoltage" from the power supply?

Mine does not turn on when switching to external power supply and I have a power board with a diode, support sent me a new identical one and it did not solve the problem. now I'm waiting for a new device because it cannot be disassembled without professional tools and there is a possibility that something is not connected inside.

I've just received my replacement PCB and the unit still won't turn on.

I have exactly the same issue. Bought the unit one week ago. They wanted me to remove the screen and look for a loose connection. I guess the majority work but some don't, so QC seems to be lacking.
