How To Show Field Only In Developer Mode

Hi Odoo Mates, I want to show the field to a specific group in developer mode. I've done the above code but now I need to visible this field to s particular group in developer mode.

Hide it for all users from a view, create another view, specifying group for the view and from here assign developer mode group: ruclips.net/video/Fsp6lAPHz08/видео.html
