I have two copies of this album. The first was secured in 1986, the year this came out. I prefer this version over the GMWA recording. This was was done prior to that one too.
At Browns Chapel Ame Zion Church in 1986, on the choir a young lady name Corinca Douglas sung this sung with so much passion and we were still in high school at the time. Young people get back to church.
I Thank God I was a part of this Great Album with John P. Kee and David Allen. I have heard many version but we was the original one. Thank you for sharing

Youth for Christ!!! Imagine over 200 teens from all over Dallas TX... In the mid 80’ we rehearsed for about 6 weeks and put on a musical. This was one of our songs! I wonder if they still have it?
