Let me get this straight, you’re using 100% salt water on a blue crab, when blue crabs, thrive, in brackish water. Brackish water is saltwater that mixes with freshwater.
No RODI unit? Idk seems risky. There’s a time and a place for dechlorinated tap water like topping off water but for full on water changes I like using a RODI unit
Really depends on the tap water, I could keep shrimp with primed tap water and shrimp were more sensitive than my crab to water conditions. Although, the comments on brackish vs salt water merit consideration. I do not know the care sheet/recs for this species of crab
She actually has a shell disease if that's what you're referring to the stuff on her claws are actually holes but she's still eating so that's a good sign

Blue crabs do fine in either. They are adaptable. You find them in the ocean.

I've been using tap water for 8 months and never had a issue.
