lmfaooo did not expect to be in the intro definitely better recs this time. For a more mainstream manga audience, think these are mostly solid obscure recs outside of Blade of the Immortal obviously and Emanon, a few other RUclipsrs have talked about We Did It in their rec vids but it's still kinda borderline. Azumi's the only one I haven't heard of/read before, seems kinda interesting! funnily enough there's actually a pretty obvious reference in Kaguya-sama to one of Sheriff Evans' gags, but I can't be assed to find it right now. Agreed about the two quality wise, I thought Sheriff Evans got stale eventually, relied too heavily on the original gag. The opening bit was obviously a joke but some obscure manga I liked/think are good: Saltiness Yomawari Sensei Send My Regards to Kenshiro Don't Destroy Humanity Volundio: Divergent Sword Saga (Helck sequel)
I have some obscure manga that are actually good and have some great moments. Of these Green Blood and Gamaran are the stand outs in my opinion. 1. Green Blood (Edward King is one of the most evil antagonists you will ever see. This manga is amazing) 2. Gamaran (The fights are peak but NOBODY talks about this manga. Seriously better then 90% of shonen out there) 3. Red (The REAL seinen manga. The main character WILL take his revenge and no stupid pacifist "I don't kill anymore". The main antagonist is too evil to redeem anyway. The mc is savage but at the same time has great relationship with his friends) 4. Change the World (Very obscure but a gem. This manga is very dark and I don't recommend for the sensitive but it gets better and better the later it gets. The ending is very good which is rare for manga.) Honorable mentions which aren't manga: Scoob and Shag webtoon (Scooby doo and battle manga mix up amazing until chapter 90 or so after which it falls off hard, still worth reading), Ordeal webtoon (Amazing fights and great art, almost nobody talks about it , only bad things are they jump around during fights to boring moments and overexplain things we already learned),
Please try Montage by Watanabe Jun. It's a fictionalised version of the unsolved 300 million yen heist case in Japan from 1968. It has plenty of suspense and thriller elements with lots of twists. It's truly a hidden gem.
Another banger video, u never disappoint, u should have so many more subscribers. One request is to make a similar video on mystery thrillers and one on action mangas, that's why my favourite genre, read everything that is good popular, now looking for stuff that is good and obscure, maybe you sir can help with that. Anyway have a good day.
Nice list also I'd recommend reading Suicide Parabellum by Sayman Dowman if you haven't already. It's one of my favorites and it is only 10 chapters long though it's trippy enough to make you want to reread it.
heres somes for ur next video... all these shits are good af 1 .the girl who married the big snake 2.heart gear 3. SERIAL KILLER ISEKAI NI ORITATSU(an actual good underrated shit trust me) 4.super ball girls 5.colorless 5.wild strawberry 6.heresy 7.ottoman 8/ i guess my roomate is pretty?
Blade of the immortal is like berserk minus not as mainstream but damn Samuras art style is truely amazing especially fight scenes. His other manga are good too, wave listen to me is a cool slice of life comedy.
Just want to say, thank you again. But boy, all those samurai, yet no Sidooh...I'm sad. At least I can see Reiko (if you want more sweetie, please look for Akira Tachibana). And wtf Phos doing there.
I don't know if you've read it or not but the most obscure manga I know is called Bibliomania. if you haven't read it, read it and maybe make a video about it. so that people know about this hidden gem.

@igreiga I forgot to mention Change the World is the one by Kanzaki Yuuya not the other ones since there are many other change the world mangas.

Hmm. This is sufficiently obscure. I approve.
Awesome pfp
maybe Azumi ,despite having won the Shogakugan, and Im gonna let "My girl" pass, but Blade of immortal? really?
Please try Montage by Watanabe Jun. It's a fictionalised version of the unsolved 300 million yen heist case in Japan from 1968. It has plenty of suspense and thriller elements with lots of twists. It's truly a hidden gem.

@@crystellik erm, it has garten in it so it's exactly like garten of banban
This is exactly what I needed to pass the obscure manga exam!
Azumi is so underrated, it is the best seinen manga ever IMO. I remember following the translations that were coming out for years.
Ever? Wow. It is realy special

Blade of the immortal is like berserk minus not as mainstream but damn Samuras art style is truely amazing especially fight scenes. His other manga are good too, wave listen to me is a cool slice of life comedy.
Azumi gotta be as obscure as it gets
Guy: “look. Chainsaw man is definitely popular but you should watch anyway”
Someone with no brain: “CHAINSAW MAN IS ACTUALLY POPULAR”
Just want to say, thank you again. But boy, all those samurai, yet no Sidooh...I'm sad. At least I can see Reiko (if you want more sweetie, please look for Akira Tachibana). And wtf Phos doing there.
