When meditating, when reading, when training i always search for the same thing Focus. the ability to focus, the ability to do one thing over a period of time, that is peace! Most of the time I'm looking around, trying to find a reason to be scared. but there isn't anymore, I'm just afraid to put my 100% focus into something and get disappointed. not anymore, now I got my focus, it is on Synthwave!
