Hey man! I've been playing GTA V and I've always been mesmerized by how amazing Franklin's house is and it randomly came into my mind to search for an architectural video about his house...and you made it possible. Thanks man!

I'm planning to build Franklin's house in Bali or Lombok Indonesia and was hoping to share your video and plans to our architect. We are happy to pay for the plans if possible to obtain from you as this would save us a lot of time and $$. would it be possible to flip and mirror this design depending which way we want the villa to face? it will be built on side of gentle sloping hill facing the ocean views however, road access may mean we need to look at flipping the design to suit road access and views. Appreciate your feedback and would love to talk more about the build with you if possible.

@@MyOzLife Hi Mr. Justin, thanks for your comment and I appreciate your interest. As you’ve mentioned, taking the plans and directly applying them to another location where the results of the site analysis would be completely different is not really a feasible idea. Especially without understanding the context and fitting in the right environment which are not just flips or mirrors… However that doesn’t mean you can’t build a similar house in Bali or Lombok, only with correct architectural aspects as my fellow colleague/your architect would also most probably agree, depending on your program requirements and the site conditions. It is possible to discuss further about constructing such a building on IG DMs in the channel info.

@@BravoArchitects Thank you so much for your info regarding the possibilities of building this villa in said location, your input is greatly appreciated and yes we completely agree there is much to consider around land position and fall etc and appreciate your comments around change of design. I would love to discuss in further detail the project as we get closer to reality of the build if you're interested in the projects development. Is there a possibility you may consider sharing your work with us? at a cost of corse, would our architects be able to draw up plans simply from your video?

@@MyOzLife Actually we can’t consider it my work, although I did put the time and effort to draw and model it yes but I’d like to charge for my actual architectural service instead of a simple drawing that any architect can draw in half an hour :) I hope you’ll understand my point.

How huge gotta be the space of terrain to make this crib? A 360 square meters enough?
@@300rik it would usually depend on the sizes of the spaces you’d like to have. According to the roughly scaled calculations, around 300-350 sqm would be enough for such a project
