Crochet: Free Heart Pattern | The Loopy Stitch

I've had a free crochet heart pattern on my website for a while now, I thought it was about time that I added a video for it.
In this video I use the following:
Stylecraft Naturals in Pale Pink for the rounder heart
Stylecraft Special DK in Cornish Blue for the pointy heart
3.5mm and 4.5mm crochet hook
Scissors
Yarn needle
I recommend learning how to make a magic ring. There are plenty of videos on RUclips for this (I learned on here too).

How do u make it big? Is the purple heart big because u used a different yarn or different no. Of stitches?
