To quote honkai 3rd in regard to getting spoiled about cocolia (or anything for that matter) "The destination doesnt matter, its the journey we take to get there that gives it meaning." So I hope you can still stay excited for the story, cause its still amazing and full of unkowns, even if you know certain little things already.
I like Marco, but getting so mad about spoiler that's literally in every other trailer for this game is weird. This fight is not supossed to be a plot twist, the villan is revelaed after your first talk with them. Every single HI3rd cinematic is a much much bigger spoiler than mention of the final fight of Belobog.
@@kuroh0241 yeah, agree.. Like when he say wild fire is cocolia battle which no one mention it at all in the chat, yet the disappointed chat confirmed it, i mean what are everyone supposed to do then when the snowball already rolled?
Might be a wild guess but the guy singing Take the Journey is dressed as a cowboy (not a mariachi lol) because the song is very folk-sy /country-ish, and both outfit and the song style might be a nod to Cowboy Bebop, it's very similar to some of Yoko Kanno's work (Elm, and anything with Steve Conte singing, like Heaven's Not Enough). Wildfire ends up being a really powerful song if you play through the first major story arc. Its telling the story of a dying world that the last people refuses to submit to the Demon god like stelleron that has been destroying it with an ice age.
People loving to talk about things they like. RUclipsrs spending too much time in the internet. It's just how things go tbh, and plenty people already learned how to deal with this. @Regolant People who leave thoughtless comments like these have about the same level of social cues as people who cat call women walking them by on the streets, and the idea that you should just "not read the comments." is about as intelligent a response as "Don't go outside if you don't want to be harassed. " in that aforementioned scenario. Just because you can be excruciatingly annoying, and a menace to society, doesn't mean you should or have to be. This flippant attitude is one of the many reasons the Hoyo community has an incredibly poor reputation.
35:46 The soft little interlude here reminds me of the one in Yoimiya's theme. But maybe I'm just being influenced by the fireworks which are on-brand for Yoimiya.
I think it's interesting that there's a lot more vocals in HSR's exploration/battle music than Honkai and Genshin. For the most part, vocals seemed to be reserved for setpiece battles and cutscenes in the other two games.
15:59 regarding how they did that voice: Here's the comment from one of the composers (I'm merely translating): "I saw in the main quest lines there's this part of kids playing hide-and-seek, so I imagined I was in the dark mine with luminous blue minerals scattered around, kids are running around in the caves, amongst them there's an older minder lying there taking his nap, with a pickaxe lying next to him. When I was imagining all this, a melody popped up in my head, and I had to quickly record myself humming it with my smartphone (before it was lost)" And that was used as the reference for composing this track, once it's done there's no more need for it so he was about to remove it, but others in the team disagreed and wanted to keep it, so they just distorted it a bit and left it in the track.
There's some nice parallels between Bronya/Seele between Star Rail and Honkai Impact that if you know the Honkai Impact background almost enhance the situation in Star Rail. As for the Seele theme, the softness could be a shout to her own doubts and trials. It could also be a "song of fire and ice" with Bronya and Seele represented as the different "beats" of the song, one a steadfast soldier at the command and one a leader of the people, both are strong characters confident in thier place in the world but also both wavering in thier emotions, and the fusion of the parts representing their collision through the circumstances of the story.
Well what I can say from experience is Hearing and watching what other think of a game is different from experiencing it your self. The only thing u get ahead is just u know that certain thing happens at certain time but being behind the wheel is different from being a passenger. Seeing that figure facing the moon had me curious on who it was before I played the game, now that I've been playing hsr I realised who it was and omg they really put him there in plain sight 🤯
As you mentioning of HI3 vs HSR Seele To my interpretation, they are one and the same. You see, in HI3 we have Seele and Veliona (red Seele), with the blue one representing her emotional/caring aspect, while Veliona represent ruthless and a sense of pride in her own power (no spoiler, but the next chapter in HI3 is about them and their story foward) While to compare to HSR, under the battle prowess and wildness, Seele shows a sense of caring and selflessness masked my hash words. Again, no spoiler cause I dont know where you have been yet, but just FYI, they are not as far from each other
Idk if it would really count as spoiler, but the Imaginary Tree theory within Honkai lore exists, so they are technically one and the same. It just that they are living in different "realities" per say. Same people, different dimensions/existences. That's why there are so many of the same characters in both HI3 and HSR.
Is still hoping for that library of ruina play through+reaction But with this pace, starail gonna talk over b4 that. Man i have my biased, but hsr just too good
About the Seele part, it's even hard to HI3rd players, her character design obviously look back to the GGZ (Houkai Gakuen 2) Seele. Her personality to me looks like the "dark" Seele of HI3rd but without the sadism. I don't know the personality of GGZ long hair Seele, but I know that the look of Star Rails Seele is based on her.
Its a shame you got spoiled on Cocolia and Wildfire, I myself got spoiled simply by YT titles that I couldn't avoid, and even then, I held off on watching anything related to it (including this) until I experienced it ingame. When I did get to it, all I told a friend was that I knew it was going to go hard, yet it went even harder than I expected, that I mightve had a new favorite, and that I literally couldn't even elaborate beyond that.
It was said that "Anthropic Domain" and “Lustrous Moonlight” got some Taoism music elements mixed in it. i'm not familiar with religion music , but those two are definitely feels like the “BGM” that the planes of Adeptus should have.😂
Let's just put it this way so that you all (chat) understand what a spoiler is without pretense. When you purposefully give context to something that is not known to the viewer. You're not alone in thinking chat has issues. For Honkai Impact where I am solely invested in, the English-speaking audience, or those disguised under a japanese name handle, have this incorrigible habit of not shutting their mouths and foreshadowing content that's ahead. Moreso, the streams in question are of JP vtubers where the established behaviour is to follow their experience, and not be the smart alec. So there's absolutely no excuse for the English audience when this matter is involved.
Aka, people who spoil are childish with no self-control (even if they are of adult age). What language you speak has nothing to do with it, bro. People from all cultures do this s***. You just speak English, hangout in English-speaking chats, and so you see it in English.
