I used the standard quickness scrapper build for fractals: discretize.eu/builds/engineer/power-scrapper/
I should have used aim-assisted rocket instead of explosive temper for the dark AI, but I keep forgetting to swap traits. Also, You should use night sigil instead of impact for 99cm
