Great video, hello from Maine
Thank you! Hello from South Mississippi
Man that country reminds me a lot of SE Texas. I miss the water, but not the fire ants and hummingbird sized mosquitos. 🙂 Cool video.
Skeeters wasn’t so bad but it was in the 50s thank you!
Great video Chris!
Thank you!
That wasn't a biscuit. That was a cathead😅
Cat head biscuit! Lol
your biscuit looked just like Mothers from back in the day. we kidded her by calling them "country size cannonballs". We ate em all the same, good groceries!
I had to cook another one for the dog he tried jumping in to get it soon as it came out the fire!
My backyard here in SE Ga is the Altahama river swamp. Not going to be camping there for all the obvious reasons.
Sounds like a good place to camp
Whoa! I looked on Amazon for those Pull Start fire starters. $10.00 to "pull start" a fire! ... they're interesting and certainly unique, but no thanks. I'll stick with my very trusty Bic lighters and some heart pine lighter knot. In those swamps I would only sleep in a hammock. Too many critters move through areas along those swamp rivers at night. Enjoying your videos, thanks for taking the time to create and post them.
No step on ssssnake!🇺🇸
Nope not me!
Could you use a cast iron Dutch oven to make biscuits?
Absolutely! Rake the coals around the side and on top
This is a great video with lots of helpful tips on how to camp and cook something to eat and have fun with your family.
Awesome bud 👍💪🔥
Thank you
🔥💥
Thank you! I appreciate the feedback!
Nice video. Would like to have seen how you identify if there had been poison ivy on the tree. We don’t have Ivy out here on the West Coast. Also like to see you catch some mud bugs.
I will put both on the list!!
@@SpeirOutdoors Thank you!!
Your video on the poison ivy will be live Sunday!
Thanks!!
Yall can have those mountains.
Nice video. Thanks
Thank you
Walter White?
Are there a lot of gators there?
Absolutely! Gators are everywhere in south Mississippi

😯
@@SpeirOutdoors Doesn’t that make you kind of gator food if you’re camping on the ground?
They are not like that. Usually (unless someone feeds them) are very scared of you.
@@SpeirOutdoors When I was in Australia they claimed to camp on top of their rigs to avoid the crocs roaming around at night.
