Ok foxy you need advice ok first whenever you think your awake after sleeping pinch urself and if it's dream you'll wake up (but do this when you know it's a nightmare your dreaming of.) second put a dream capture above every surface you you sleep on to keep nightmares from coming the only reason why I'm saying this is so you don't get taken by a nightmare spirit and become a nightmare your self
