Please help! I bought one of these for my wife for Christmas. We've followed the steps to a T 100x. But we cannot get it to connect to any device via Bluetooth. After the F1-3 step, the FN+~ does nothing! It doesn't flash like the F1-3 keys do. And we can't find the Bluetooth ID on any device. We tried it on USB mode on my PC and that works fine. But I got this for her IPad and she's super disappointed. I reached out to the company but haven't gotten a response. Am I missing something??
Nice! Was pleasantly surprised to see a mechanical keyboard video :) The community around them has really grown in the last couple of years. It’s a cool design, but yea it would have been nice if they’d spent a little extra on USB-C, considering the price
With all due respect. This keyboard looks great! However. its Bluetooth radios are Garbage. I've tried setting via Bluetooth on Mac Mini, iPhone and iPad. Where is the Factory Reset Button?? How do you troubleshoot it??? the Factory instructions are Garbage and so is the Bluetooth. Please try using this keyboard Again after 4 or 6 months and see how well it Connects to your Bluetooth. Please save your reputation and Do Not Promote this Product. its Garbage! Thanks!
