    Very happy with this so far. It replaced a Tefal Pro and this produces far more steam, and makes ironing cotton much easier. Good vertical steaming too.

    Hi our iron has timescale and it’s doesn’t seem to be descaling automatically any help it’s a brilliant iron

    What do I do wrong when my iron leaks water while I use it? I t is brand new. Do I have to empty the water every time After I used it? Will it steam without holding the inner button down?

    The unit itself is getting very hot to touch, the descale light is on but its not descaling. I'm a bit concerned as it doesn't usually get that hot

    This model does spurt out water all the time - In an episode of escape to the chateau - DIY I watched the same iron nearly ruin her material that she was trying to iron. There is nothing you can do except send it back as not fit for purpose - it is the model at fault and I don't think anyone who has bought it doesn't have the same issues. It was bought for me as a present so I,m stuck with it but I have to use an old iron to press dedicates or when I can't hang the water soaked garments up to dry after ironing. If you are lucky you can leave the iron on just before it switches itself off and you may get away with it but don't try to steam your clothes whilst on a hanger as you will have the same problem. Also notice that the filler tank is too dark to see through so you can't see how full/empty it is - there is also a steam boost button on the top that has never worked either. Oh and you do have to iron both sides of jeans because the water isn't turning to steam it doesn't penetrate more than the thinnest material. (don't get me started on the waiting for the descale option to work!)

    Hi I have an Auto Descale model but the refill light on the right constantly flashes despite it being full.

      @@peteri8924 Hi thanks for the reply. I found that when refilling the tank I have to replace it firmly to ensure that the connectors make a good fit.

    Not happy with my iron. It's self cleaning. Water is leaking as I iron!!
