In Bolehland, you can never win against the ruling class. These heartless chaps will never feel sorry for people who put in a lot of effort to build a great business to be what it is. Without needing to do anything to be wealthy, they only need to exploit the law to take away the company that one have worked so hard to build over the years. With the backing of those in power, they become rich without having to put in any effort. Those in authority are always right, the weak cannot win against them. This is how our caring government takes care of its people.

Elite capitalists robbing the common people. What a sinful act. And the authority turning a blind eye to these activities are also guilty. Thank you sister for speaking up for the poor farmers.

Harding working farmers should organised and reward themself, don!t let consotium control the price of produce. In US and the West big Super Market priced out farmers

Many non malay understand the situation and the issue concerning the Raub Durian Farmers. I opined it will be better if your video is broadcast in Malay. Also, Would the state authority act the same to protect the farmers if the hostile takes over is just a normal private entity?

Thank you Puan for telling the truth. This is the works of the group of unscrupulous rich and powerful against the poor and hard working ones who are struggling protecting their rights. The judges shld add this point in delivering the verdicts.

The so called new owners of the durian lands in Raub are like the P.Ramli movie- the bandits of the jungles (Ali Baba Bujang Lapok and the famous song). The Raub durian lands were originally planted with rubber trees by the poor farmers who were encouraged and permitted to cultivate the land -jungles in the 1940s and 1950s before and during the WW2. Then , no one want these jungles- full of wild & furious animals (huge tigers, black panthers, big elephants and poisonous snakes, leeches and etc). It was mainly the poor Chinese migrants who have no land been told to go to the jungle to open the jungles to grow own foods and built their houses. Those days, there was no Musang King durians, the poor Chinese planted rubber trees to tap. Even if there were durian trees, there was no value or very low price for" kampong durians"- I remembered in the 60s. my father bought a large basket of "kampong durians" of not more than 10 ringgit. Initially, even the late Pahang Sultan and the Pahang State government encouraged the "rakyat" to cultivate the jungle- under " Buku Hijau" . Fast forward, the land owners ( 90% passed away), now it is the grandchildren who are planting Musang King (MK). There was little value of MK durian even 10 years ago, MK durians were selling less than 15 ringgit per kilo. I knew what I am talking, I was selling MK durian too in 2013 in Puchong>Selangor. Anyway, some Raub durian farm owners have legal land titles and majority of them did not get the land titles from the land office. Some obtained legal titles because they successful applied and paid for. the legal titles.( the DO or land officer then were friendly and approved the land application maybe the Late Pahang Sultan instructed them to approve the land application)
Many did not obtained the legal titles due to difficulty and financially poor to apply for the land title. Previously the harvest of the Raub farmers were mainly rubber latex (very low value) and durians (mainly "kampong durians) .Only in after 2020, when the Chinese from China started to appreciate and love our MK durians , the problem started. The syndicate under the patronage of the Pahang royalty, demanded the Raub land. Now you know what really happened to the poor Raub durian farmers.
