INGREDIENTS 01:12
200 g mushrooms
120 g milk
80 g sunflower oil
100 g sugar
1 tbsp vanilla essence
2 eggs
120 g baking flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp baking soda
(all x 2)
For the dark ones
100 g dark chocolate
1 tbsp instant coffee
30 g cocoa powder
For the light ones
100 g white chocolate
30 g more flour
You will also need muffin cups and a muffin tray.
