#3 - Minors can not legally consent to being in his videos. Who knows what he's planning to do with these videos. Sex offenders would love to watch them and get off to them.
#4 - As a teacher he's been taught that this is inappropriate behavior and he's doing it anyway. Very concerning. These kids are being taught to let themselves be used by an adult, for the pleasure of the adult, when they should be learning schoolwork.

I can see being a fun teacher can make your job easier, & I understand that kid's joy can make your day. Making them happy gives you hope for the future, but there should ALWAYS be boundaries. I've worked with kids, I don't accept too many gifts if any. The furthest physical touch goes is high fives and that's worked perfectly fine all this time. As a male teacher, I'm very aware around teenage girl students. Why? Because teenagers in general are developing feelings and hormones they can not handle. I make sure to protect them by teaching them boundaries for their male classmates. I feel the hair braiding was unprofessional , and when I found out he was messaging them outside of school I said no way, fire him.

I don't think that's a race specific thing! However, doing that in school on your teacher is VERY inappropriate. It's not even about it being sexual. It's just personal contact on an adult from a child... and they're also not getting an education. Even if he did not have mal intent, as adults we are supposed to be wiser and more prudent with our actions and how we teach innocent children about healthy boundaries. We need to protect children from those who would have other intentions by teaching strong personal boundaries. This adult’s behavior desensitizes kids to be vulnerable to predators. If the teacher wanted to encourage talents and skills he needed to have made this part of a more structured class with parent permission and notification. He really crossed adult child boundaries by texting and having personal contact with them outside of the school parameters. It is sad because children are so loving and need caring adults in their lives but there is a right way and a wrong way and in this case the means did not justify the ends. It is an unfortunate situation that could have been avoided and could have actually been a good thing had it been approached professionally. This teacher could have started an afterschool hair and cosmetology styling program with parent permission and school administrative support.

I worked middle school with students in a multi aged classroom of 6th -8th graders. I saw how some of the girls in our class loved watching braiding tutorials so I bought each girl student a mannequin to learn how to roll, braid hair during free time and when each student left 8th grade I gifted the mannequin to that student. I did not let them braid my hair or each other hair because of Covid.
I also worked Daycare for 25 years Multi ages from kindergarten to 6th grade, we did nail painting but it was the staff painting the kids nails with the parents permission. I got mad one year because at our annual sleepover one of the staff painted my son's nail I was livid. But I also one time painted a boys nail and he said his parents would not care but when the Dad came for pickup he was livid, I just immediately removed his son nail polish. We were always trained to never let the kids sit on our laps even if they said it was okay or never let the kids sit in each other laps, it did not matter if they were girls or guys no kids sitting on your laps. But we did have staff that let the kids play in their hair, braid their hair but I think as a caregiver or teacher you can be close to your kids without letting them touch you or get that close to you, because anybody can switch up and say you did this or that. You need to have some level of professionalism with the students and set clear boundaries with your student. I'm black and been working with kids since I was 13. I'm this way no matter what race. Pick your struggle for me, he needs to see now that he should move differently in the future.

I remember when I was young and wanted to play makeup and nail polish with my Dad. He explained why he wouldn't let me put makeup or polish on his nails but he did make me happy by polishing my nails and then putting my hair into a pony tail and told me to put on my best dress and he would dress up in his best suit and we went to McDonalds (my choice) for dinner. It isn't about being secure in your manhood but explaining and showing a different way to play dress up with your child.

He wasn’t fired-he was reassigned. The ethical guidelines say a teacher should respect the student’s physical space, etc.
He has also allowed the girls to paint his fingernails. He was also texting his “besties.”
This teacher was acting out his fantasies about being a “better” teacher than others.
I can’t say if he was grooming the girls or responding to their need for fathers or if they fantasized about him. There is a condition called: Limerence, which is a state of mind which results from romantic feelings for another person, and typically includes intrusive, melancholic thoughts, or tragic concerns for the object of one's affection. Now, the girls are devastated because they don’t understand the poor boundaries and rules regarding certain relationships. Mr. White is naive and did not get adequate supervision and guidance. I think he needs help with his role.
Also, not only is touching the head of someone intimate, it is special. Also, many black women sometimes miss the boundaries and red flags due to cultural norms and the lack of structure and discipline within some black families, especially when fathers are absent.
I like your show. Keep up the good work!

There's a teacher on Instagram who hugs and has physical contact with his children. He actually films it and does lives. The children respect them and look up to him. What's the difference? These children look up to this teacher in this video and respect them. I know him. He has gotten through to them and he's teaching them. This is just one moment and one thing. It is just hair, what is wrong with it?

Plus , he sent her an inappropriate pic . Thank goodness the Dad had his daughter's phone & he notified the cops . That man was a coach for 30 yrs . So , they are asking other potential victims to speak up . Everyone involved is African-American. 😡 He's been grooming that child for 8 yrs . 🤬
