The highest liquidity is found in the at the money (or near ATM) options of NIFTY & Bank Nifty. Liquidity is not great when it comes to most of the individual stocks so it is best to avoid them. But in big and actively traded stocks like Reliance, TCS, HDFC Bank, etc. you can find decent liquidity- but that has to be near ATM. Deep OTM or ITM options have very low liquidity

If micro cap stocks are very low liquid i.e. very less buyers then how come the value drop is very high in it(i.e. sellers continue to sell micro cap but buyer would have exist then only seller can sell) ?? Can u pls. clarify this doubt?? @vrdrao
