Her Atelier Versace collection may be fairly new to the runways of Paris Couture Fashion Week, but that doesn't mean she won't make a statement every time! When Donatella does it, she does it big choosing to showcase the Fall/Winter 2012-2013 line in the Ritz hotel which is about to close for a major reconstruction and filling the front row with A-listers that include everyone from Glee's Lea Michele and Mad Men's Christina Hendricks to Jessica Alba and Hunger Games' Elizabeth Banks. Still, even without those little details, Donatella impressed everyone by using the signature Versace style that her brother Gianni made famous, pushed it for a new generation and took the whole thing up a notch. There were thigh-high slits, metal with mesh, pastels, the signature bustiers, but whispered details of haute couture by making sure pieces were handcrafted even when they were futuristic. It's Versace on another level.
