I think the real proof that we are all hoping for is that you’re NOT a broken record at the end of 2022 and that you are in fact dialed in. Whether or not you’re winning the biggest races, not having another recap of what you will do differently.

For me I find working on the core and keeping head still stops the rocking on the bike apart from 100 watts we are very similar and we know that only Kristian can match you for mental strength. You can do it!!!

I know Lionel doesnt want to mess with "tactics" and all that stuff, but at the end of the day it's about who has the shortest time to finish, not who pushed themselves the hardest or put out the most power. Hopefully he can swallow his pride and start racing smarter. Excited to see the next level! Make sure you're taking your hormonal cycles and recovery cycles just a seriously as your training intervals! Let's go get it!
