That Maple PUP turned out so cute! I've been afraid to order any more PUPs because of the quality issues... Too bad that FuRyu Miku was a miss because that design is adorable. 😢 I also got the JJK Look Up figures but tbh I'm so torn on them! I love the idea (like you said, they're perfect for lower shelves) and the pics are sooo cute, but I find the size a bit off-putting for some reason? Usually furyuu figures come with a LOT of missprints and bad details 😭😭 i prefer sega for prize figures ❤️ they come with less missprints and are fairly good shaded for prize figs!

New lines come and go, but Nendoroids have been around forever and their popularity is still rising. There is comfort in knowing that there will always be more, the cast from that special series you love may get released one day in their entirety, and quality parts for original designs.

My Megumi had a bit of a misprinted face too. His mouth is way off centered and kinda angled. I also accidentally decapitated Yuji when I opened him up XD
4:43 Yeah there's a misprint lol: the smile is off to the right more (facing him), and the irises are the same it's just that left eye is placed higher than the right. It's easier to tell if you line a pencil or something straight up to it to check for symmetry. Really sorry you got a misprint they look so cute too. I'm def gonna order the evangelion ones and crossing my fingers they double check for quality when released 😭
My sister has the Shinobu Look Up figure and it's mouth has been printed off centre. I def think your Gojo has some alignment issues with the mouth and eye too, which is a shame :(
Other option for small figures is Figuarts-mini, i want to check those since the Figuarts Zero line is very very good but becase of the pricetag im debating if i should just get a nendoroid. Also i have mixed feelings about PUPs, only got the Shiro Sniper ver. in the re-release but i'm not a fan of her, i though about getting the Haikyuu ones but they do look rough and i want to give the line a second chance by getting the Shiro crown ver. but i'm not sure. About taito vs furyu, i like the Bicute bunnies i think they are pretty good but in general i feel taito does a better job.
Umamusume getting a line of look up figures might actually get those. Also I think the Nekopara pop up parade figures are the best in that line of figures. Also great video as always.

I think the mouths on the Hello! line of figures bother you because they look like fish mouths to me. I'm pretty sure that's not what Good Smile was going for but now that I realized that's what they look like I can't unsee it, lol.
what you said about the Hinata and Kageyama pop up parade figures is absolutely correct. I have them...and I do love them because they are my only pop up parades, but they are not as cute as they could have been ^^' and I also don't like their bases...but maybe I'll change that at some point ^^
I actually love the Look Up series and these four especially compared to the ones from other IPs, so I also love that you also got them and are enjoying them! For your Gojo, when comparing to the one i have, I do think the right eye's pupil is kind of lop-sided and not a perfect circle? so it seems it's just a quality control issue :(, maybe you could get his replaced? I really like having him with the non-blindfold head Some other things with the Look Up series is that I personally think the Demon Slayer ones are a bit hit or miss. Zenitsu and Inosuke's look perfect imo, while some like Mitsuri's look very questionable in design? Idk why but they made Mitsuri's Look Up figure look very "clueless," that's the nicest way I can put it :( Otherwise those four are solid and I kind of think all JJK fans should have them lol

Well when you said an off the center mouth, then the mini figure of Hello Good Smile was the answer.. (sorry I don't like their mouth design too, it's way too off!)

I just bought a huge collection of these figures. Over 60 mint in box never removed. Most are from 2015. Aside from Ebay, I literally have no idea how to price these. the thing that irks me with look up is the price point. i wanted the hololive ones coming out, but they are literally more expensive than the nendoroid, and for what they are i don’t see them as worth it. the bodies really don’t have much detail, and they aren’t ugly, just hate the high price point

I recommend you look at Blake Belladonna pop up parade pictures by buyers cause damn girl, she rough af 😭
