Is there any ART Tool For programming or restoring ART Partition on Ubiquiti devices. Can u successfully restore MAC Address related data on it's FLASH Chip 25q64. I've program it via Bios Programmer it not work. Just ping on 192.168.1.20 after program. But not browe its login page. and tftp recovery also not running.

Solution is simple, change POE Adapter. ;) I had the same problem, and connected to other POE and it works fine...:)
