Thank you for making these videos as I use these black screen sleep videos every night for my dog Molly as she sleeps in the living room and then the TV normally switches itself off after about 4 hours and she obviously completely out for the count. 🙂
I hope you don’t mind me asking this but how do you create something like this as I am a spiritualist medium and I use the soundtrack to help me meditate but I am fascinated to learn how this works to get dogs/humans to sleep? 🤗

I’m so glad the music helps your little Molly sleep. That’s awesome.
As far as creating the music, there is a bit of “science” to it, but mostly it revolves around creating soft, gentle spaces with the chords and the various instruments I use.
I’ve discovered that humans are more susceptible to being “distracted” by melodies than dogs are, so I try to keep the sleep videos as non-melodic as I can. I try to use non-jarring melodies when I do feel that a melodic element will work in a particular piece.
I could go on and on about creating the music. Thank you for asking 👍🏼💙
