I want to visit all parts of Japan and see every bit of it, but not sure if going there as an exchange student will limit me from actually visiting the country. How were you able to make your schedule only for 2 days a week? Is that common and easy to do? What about the homework load? How much time did you have to spend per week on studies? Knowing these will help me decide if I can achieve my goal of exploring Japan through exchange better or through visiting like a visitor better! Thank you so much
Choosing your schedule wisely answers all these questions! Just take the time to check the classes that have an easier workload & fit into a nice schedule and you'll be able to have more time to do things:)

Thanks man! For me, I would have honestly preferred to go during the spring semester since I would've gotten to see the cherry blossoms, better weather and it didn't interfere with my school as much cuz it would be summer afterwards when I come back.

The easiest way is to contact your home University and ask if they have exchange programs with universities in Japan. And then search the options they have and add on Google "exchange program" that search will give you the dates, procedures and hopefully classes too
