I have some bone-in chicken breasts and leg quarters in my freezer. Currently my taste is suffering from COVID but as it recovers I'm going to try this. I can currently only tolerate chicken cutlets/tenders because of the textures. Thanks for brightening my day Laura.

Get some peppermint oil essential oil! It will help get your smell and taste back much quicker. :) You should also take some elderberry syrup. Feel better.

To make it even more lemony and pretty to look at, you could place a thin round slice of lemon on each chicken thigh before it goes into the oven.

Ever frugal, sop up the remainder seasoning, just like my late mother would do. I can see this with seasoned egg noodles, and I like your thought on reasonably priced family dinners given the times. I am a boomer, and I have never regretted being a subscriber. Thanks.

I love to put in fresh Bay leaves into my rice. It has to be fresh not dried. It is beyond mind blowing. I learned this from a Chef in New Orleans. It is Divjne.
