there's a mod on the workshop called "your only move is record" it lets you record replays directly from singleplayer, or from rewatching a replay (it doesn't work when online so you have to save the replay to record later)
I suggest you play pupil, it is a long range character who makes ypu feel like a walking nuclear reactor, tho he is really weak upclose, his range damage and options make up for it
