Real friends can literally fight each other to the point it looks like you'll break up and never talk to each other again but after a while, you'll both realize how idiotic you've been to each other and make up, potentially even strengthening said friendship tenfold.
In the end, Marcel is one person & Nogla is another so we can't expect them both to work on the same wavelength with each other and that their friendship thrives on this indifference in persona and temperament too.
