Also if these cloned remotes can be powered by rechargeable batteries and USB charger. How do I do that or if anyone anywhere in DELHI can do it for me and how much it can cost? so, can i set all the samsung tv Controls (power, menu navigation, exc) to this romote, but set the volume up/down to clone from my soundbars deticated romote? So it will seemlessly control the tv and soundbar at the same time?

I am clone all remote DVB-T2 to Learning Remote Other remote For TV remote only need On and Off in one button. Just add for On Off TV power in muted Button - unused buttons One remote for 2 devices I hope can help
Use phone with IR blaster and software like zaza remote can program the important keys anyway without having original. Poco Xiaomi phones have it blaster.
You don't need to press TV, SAT, DVD after every learned key.

Android TV ZTE and the other Android TV
One receiver Digital TV
But never test with Firestick, sorry
