I think the override switch is important because if your bus wants to shut down e.g. on a busy bridge/tunnel, etc you can hit that switch & buy some time to get to a safe area to pull over and call roadside.
Several features were skipped (fire suppression, low buoy, raised front suspension, override, etc.) and some false information was given in this video. The passenger climate controls have nothing to do with the 110V power outlets. If a coach doesn't have a 110V switch, then they are just automatically on all the time.
