What they fail to mention is that America is also the only country where mass shooters have been stopped dead in their tracks by a law abiding citizen with a gun who happened to be in the right place at the right time to protect people. Or maybe how many violent home invasions have been stopped by legal firearm owners. These people are convinced the State is there to protect them but we Americans know better. I lived in Colombia as a child I remember when some robbers break in our home but my dad came out with a shotgun and they went running.. without the shotgun we wouldn't be here because in Colombia normally is people that rob you is people that you know

I was just pointing out that the rich can kill the poor without consequence in any country and it was laughable that this guy used that as an example. No offense meant toward you, your family, or the right to bare arms and protect yourself. Lol
So they want more security and a more humane police force. That's a contradiction right there. There is a reason why criminals in Colombia are so emboldened. So you can't have it both ways. Pick one or the other thats the reality.

Columbia looks like a zoo compared to Cuba. Not a fan of Castro but at least Cubans have a better law abiding population when you look at the streets.
