This is why I much rather get an automatic Seiko 5 (I recently bought one) for £100 and it looks beautiful. Most importantly it's also reputable brand that I can trust

other options : orient contemporary (around 100$ automatic )or Casio edifice efv 100d (50$) i own both ...... way better quality and better looking
Don't forget the edifice 110d it's the smaller variant ;)
I got the Orient mako 2 (diver) would recommend it to anyone, brilliant quality
.....and neither should you buy Vincero or Daniel Wellington
There are tons of watch RUclips channels that even give you lists with watches for every budget

If you are just starting with watches: Don't buy a MVMT quartz watch for over a 100$. If you want the aesthetic and don't care about the fact that it's made from cheap materials and uses a quartz movement you can find almost the same watches for like 75% cheaper on like ebay or aliexpress. If you want a good watch that's maybe mechanical or automatic search "Best beginner watches" or "Cheap automatic watches for beginners" on youtube and join a watch FB group, people will be happy to help you. And if you are about to buy a MVMT watch plase first search "MVMT watch honestb review" on youtube.
Great affordable beginner automatics are the Orient ray/mako 2
or most Seiko 5 models like the snk803/snk805/snk807/snk809 (same model different colours)
Both companies also have some nice dress watches :)

Daniel San I was given one by my brother. I only wear it at Christmas. I have a Seiko, Tissot and I’m saving up for a Squale... MVMT is for first starters (and unfortunate brothers). 😆
From what I saw, those shitty MVMT watches have quartz movements, which are more accurate than the most expensive Rolex.
They're not less accurate but definitely overpriced, Chinese crap.

I definitely agree with the matching leathers tip 💯 I also prefer smaller sized watches. The oversized watch trend has seemed to die down quite a bit which is a huge plus for us dudes with smaller wrists 👍🏻 Keep it up Jose! My He Grooming initial impressions video should be up tomorrow!

Positioning of the watch is a thing of preference. Someone likes it behind the wrist bone, someone likes it on the wrist bone and some people even wear it on the joint itself between wrist bone and a hand. I wear it usually on the wrist bone and I have never felt uncomfortable. Only sometimes on specific models I put it behind

Great video, however still undecided whether to get a gold watch with a black face or all silver watch. Some people tell me to match it with my glasses, earrings and belt but both my glasses and earrings are gold colored while my belt metal buckle part is silver.
