However, no case should be abated. Secondly, it is expected to increase transparency. Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka etc. are strong but UP, MP, Bihar, Orissa to ensure compliance. The best way to create CIC as regulator of SICs too. However, a lot of information is flowing Suo- Motu.

सर मैंने अपनी तहसील से 1997मैं हमारे गांव में आवादी आवंटन के समय जिन लोगों को प्लाट दिये गए थे उन सभी लाभार्थियों का नाम और रकबा नम्बर क्षेत्र फल सहित सुविकृत अप्रूवल सूची की छाया प्रति मांगी है लेकिन रजिस्टार कानूगो का मेरे पास फोन आया था वो छाया प्रति देने के लिए मना कर रहे थे।
ज्यादातर सरकारी विभाग अभी भी निरंकुश है । आरटीआई का ANSWER अभी भी ठीक से नहीं दिया जाता है, दिल्ली सरकारी विभाग भी इसमें आगे है, दिल्ली labur office में आरटीआई लंबित हैं, RTI APPLICATION बार-बार PIO स्तर पर ही बगैर जानकारी दिये निस्तारित कर दिया जा रहा हैं ज़ी देश की राजधानी मे यह हाल है तो और जगह क्या स्थिति होगी।
RTI Act m बदलाव नही होना चाहिए... किसी का death hone pe सूचना नही दी जायेगी इसका मतलब हुआ डर फैलाना ऐसे म तो सरकारी ऑफसर के against koi RTI file nhi krega ye galat bhaag modiya..

(child food) In this way there is much hindrance in Railway regular sensitive works. On an average basis 10 RTIs are being filed , if it is so, then 300 RTI have to be dealt by a single RTI dealer apart from his other routine job. How come he reply? How come the PIO chase such matters. These so called RTI activists file a single RTI query through different names and harass the government. The fee must be enhanced. Rules should be strict . One man is filing 30 RTIs a day using only 300 Rs and that too not his money , the money of the so called applicants subject to the promise that on the solution he would charge some percentage after getting success on these applications.
I deeply regret giving vote to Modi ..... He is one by one destroying sovereignty of all institutions CBI, RBI n now RTI....RIP democracy... Next time Congress in 2024

Aam admi Ko iske bare me pata nahi hai pahle educate karna padega phir qanoon banane ka farq pata chalega.
