watching the piano only is helpful for the jumps, since bumblebee is basically all chromatic scales anyone who knows the piece well enough (such as this guy) could basically play it blindfolded it's more important for him to keep up with the flutist, so instead of watching the piano when he doesn't need to he's watching the flutist for cues/counting
I play with flute and to play that kind of music you need years of practise to be able to breath every time after a note so you have to do it superr fast and also it cant be like every like few notes it has to be like every two tacts hope it helps :)
I so enjoy these shorts. More, please. This is how music should be brought to the masses who otherwise would not hear live concert performance quality.
Why ex? My lesson teacher said that music is something you can do all your life as long as you retain control of your breath and fingers. No? Just wondering I play sax btw (bari)
The flute guy is so skillful ! How on earth could he take that big a breathe before the start and played so fluently? I can't figure when he took his breath, or did he?😅
yes, please - the flautist is brilliant, and a joy to listen and you slid into the supporting role so very well - you definitely kept up! i'd love to hear the whole clip between the 2 of you, please!!!
There is no question that these guys are superb. For each of them to play is fantastic, to combine their skills without rehearsal is at another level. Well done to each of them.
Its pretty obvious that its rehearsed. Impressive still, but the premise of the clip is obviously fake. What a coincidence, that the person asking him to play flight of the bumblebee happens to have a french accent just like him in london.
And it’s usually the same few people who interrupt him when he’s playing! I am always annoyed it’s during a piece though, rather than at the end. That’s how you know it’s staged, everyone else would wait until the end!
YOU are the amazing one! I’ve watched so many of your videos, and not once did you not know the requested music. You don’t just know the music, you KNOW it!
I love watching all these talented people, they truly bring so much joy to our life, and you don't hear them marching on the street demanding others to feel proud of them....
That flute playing was some awesome talent I am a flute player my self and I was so impressed by how fast he was going I can do that too I was so amazed wow❤
I enjoy all the videos. The duo ones are even better just seeing two different instruments players playing in a random environment is a beautiful sight to see.

As a fellow flute player I applaud you because of how you’re able to play with such a confident and consistent sound. I’m not as good as this person just yet but I hope I can get there 😅

Can flute guy even breathe while being so talented…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..
It’s mainly because he stages a lot of his videos like this one like why would someone have a flute out of the case assembled already in the open “waiting” for someone to use/play the piano
my favourite part was someone just coming up, interrupting the performance and asking for flight of the bumblebee with full confidence in their actions, not caring about the repercussions at all.
@@littleguy-ij8jf seriously? This is all you could come up with ! Oh, we’ll done, sir! I believe the Oscar goes to ‘little guy-ij8jf’ for the most annoying cyber litter! Yeahhhh👏👏👏👏👏👏
Actually, playing a wind instrument such a flute, clarinet has been shown to increase pulmonary function & lung capacity. It's helpful for those with asthma/RAD. My daughter was born prematurely with under developed lungs. From birth she suffered from asthma, often requiring a nebulizer. After seeing a Jethro Tull concert at age 7, she wanted to play flute. I had her father's old silver flute, had it reconditioned with new pads & she started lessons. Her asthma began improving after several months. She became an excellent player, was 1st flute in several orchestras. She also began competitive running; track & field & X Country during high school & was eventually able to discontinue all asthma meds. After college she didn't continue playing flute as she didn't have time during medical school. Today she's a PGY4 ENT- Head/Neck surgery resident & hopes to start playing flute when she completes residency in 2025. Don't feel held back by having asthma.
My man is about to have a whole band lol

maybe it's circular breathing. Either way still very impressive!!! I would die too
As a flute player you are correct he has incredible lung capacity
15 seconds ain't bad at all nowadays, either 😂
A lot of people I know can't even last 3 seconds due to the amount of smoking they all do.
Yeah I can only do 13 max, but circular breathing? No wonder they able to do such thing. Thanks for telling
Thus. This is something called "training your mouth and your lungs" (if u think what im thinking u get bobuc)

what song was playing for the first few seconds?
The flute guy won’t run out of air. We all know flute players can breathe thru their skin, so he’s fineee
It's called circular breathing
All flute player are evolved into amphibians now 😂
As a flutist I agree
Emilio, you bring so much joy to so many people all over the world in your videos. Thank you!

The Flight of The Bumblebee is the reason why I've always wanted to learn to play the Flute.
How wonderful it is that we all connect thru all kinds of music ... it opens our souls up, right???❤❤
That guy is amazing!!!!!!!! That's some fast flute fingers. We already know you are outstanding. I give you the silent clap with a tear of beauty.
We need more people like him in the music industry
These vignettes of the piano player and those musicians who join him are wonderful.
It's so clam it takes all my problems away from my head i could listen to this everyday
On every unexpected duet, this man reduces his part and plays in simpler code to highlight the other player
Such a heartwarming thoughtfulness
