You could discuss (in detail) both the qualitative and quantitative considerations of being a travel agent. Qualitative: -lifestyle considerations (what an agent's daily schedule looks like, their workload, etc.) -employer satisfaction (what does an agent like/dislike about their employer?) -company culture Quantitative: - salary & benefits packages - contract terms and negotiation practices within the industry - upfront costs such as licensing that the employee has to pay
