Her thoughtful explanation and reasoning for her own personal endorsement of Kamala Harris and Tim Walz, urging others to do their own research and draw their own conclusions showed why she's the head of a Billion dollar enterprise. The timing shows she didn't completely make up her mind until after the debate, but also allows her to attribute any bounce in polling numbers to Kamala's debate performance and avoid the political spotlight. For example he claims to "own" the big skyscraper at 40 Wall Street. He doesn't. A european family that runs the world's largest ocean shipping business owns the land it sits on. Trump is actually a TENANT who pays to lease the land and sublets the office space to others. If the NY Attorney General collects on the $450M Trump Org fraud judgement, that family may up owning the building too and his name comes off it.
Many of his other properties with his name on them are similarly not fully his. He only owns the 30% of office and retail space in Trump Tower. The 70% of residential space is owned by other people except for the apartment at the top that is Trump's. When you subtract all the mortgages on his properties, he actually has a pretty small net worth.
