This is on my bucket list. I am 57 right now, I am hoping to get out your way from Ontario before I turn 60 !! Maybe a retirement party at the same time !!!
wow ... the track is absolutely dry is one of the few times that I see a video like that there, the track looks very well, thanks for sharing, regards.
Got my first bike last week and I love your videos. You make the gnar look so easy. My dream is ride to the top of these alpine trails and I know it’s going to take a whole lot of hard work (and pain 😅). Living in BC is a blessing.
Damn it’s to bad it was socked in when you peaked out, you can see 4 mountains from that one spot when it’s clear. I ride that trail the week after you were up and ran into Jeff up there , but it was clear blue skies so the peak out was pretty epic, great ride!
It’s funny how I have hit that trail one times but I recognize every root 😂. Around every corner another uphill with roots everywhere. Pick the right line and full throttle lol.
Definitely some tough spots on this trail, but overall looks "OK". You make it look easy, of course! How would you rate this difficulty 1-10? And out of curiosity, do you do this as an out and back or somehow make a loop out of the ridgeline?
Another really good ride Greg. I have two questions for you; 1) What is the second switch on you left handlebar - inside? 2) What brand on microSD card do you use in your camera?
Hey what rear tire do you recommend ? I'm here in pnw also. I'm looking for something to help with wet roots and sometimes few rocks. I was just at that same trail about 3 weeks ago. It was pretty rough about every corner.anf do you recommend using tubeless
@@PNWEnduro have you ever use the shinko 525 series gummy? I have at81 now great all around tire. But wet roots and few wet rocks want something more gripping.
Yes I've used the Shinko 525 and 505. Both decent but IMO not as good as the VE33S and they don't last as long either. If you have the regular AT81 not the gummy version any of these gummy tires will be a significant improvement in performance.
Ok so I have to know... Do you prefer the Sherco over the KTM? I ask because I will be picking up a new 2023 Sherco 300 SE Factory in about a week and that is replacing a 2019 300 XC (Carbed) which is still sitting in my shop.
Absolutely prefer the Sherco. More fun to ride IMO. Hold on to that 2019 carb KTM though, that unicorn will be worth more than any used TPI in a couple years.
@@PNWEnduro I've heard that a lot lately about my bike. Maybe I will hold off selling it. Thanks for your opinion on the Sherco man, now I'm getting excited about the new ride!
When was this filmed because that trail is now blow out like never before. Lots of people who don't know how to ride that type of trail and obviously don't care nor do any maintenance have been using that trail and it is hammered. Used to be a really nice trail, now it is almost unpassable and i'm guessing those that tore it up don't come to work parties. Been riding there for 20 plus years and the last few have been really sad, lots of damage, not trail workers. Sorry for the rant, just pissed at those that destroy and don't care.

Love the videos, nice to see a lot of local places where we live but I certainly wish I knew where some of these spots were! Keep up the good work!
Love your videos and love riding in a few of your common spots

Congrats on the new ride. Which bike did you get?
@@PNWEnduro thanks man! ‘17 ktm 250 exc-f that came with some trail mods!
Those trails look awesome, nice video🤙
Thanks! 👍
Best channel out there for amazing enduro rides! Excellent vids, excellent rider!!! Thank you, amazing show.
@On The Throttle thanks!
Beautiful trails. Love your videos, excellent quality. Thanks for sharing
Great trails …. That looked like sooo much fun….. great video as well. Thanks for sharing.
That was freakin epic brother 👊 look like allot of fun

It did clear up later in the day so we got to see some of those amazing views.
Skillful riding!
Everybody loves trail #1 but a lot of riders can't do it. I've been riding there since the 70s . And the first time was on a Suzuki ts185

I sure wish I lived close enough we could be riding buddies.
It is too bad it wasn't clear. I think you're in my favorite place on earth. Did you hang out a couple days to ride more of the area?
Just one big day there. It did clear up in the afternoon so we got to enjoy some of the views.
The nice thing is, all that dust will soon be mud!

I'd say 6.5/10. It was a big loop, some road transfer sections are always required to make loops in this area.
Where is this at is or if you dont want to say is it near Washington state?
Another really good ride Greg. I have two questions for you; 1) What is the second switch on you left handlebar - inside? 2) What brand on microSD card do you use in your camera?
Kill switch and light switch. I have a couple brands of sd cards, I’ll have to check when I get home.
Looks like a great trail, is this in Canada? Sherco sounds like she's running perfect.
@Old Man Enduro hey bud send me a message for info I can't disclose it here.
I sent you one on Instagram

I use the IRC JX8 right now. In dry weather and areas that are harder on tires I'll run the IRC VE33S. I'm not a fan of Tubliss, I use mousses.

Where is this? Nice video.
Any Bears on those trails spotted?
I haven't seen any at this area myself but they are there.
how do you mount your camera?
Proshot chin mount.
You riding in Canada?
Yes he mostly rides in British Columbia !!
Which means it’s not the Pacific Northwest. It’s south western BC.
Am I blind or do you not mention what trails you ride in any of your videos?
New bike???
