- Welcome to System Test 2 of the Apollo XPander house system.
Today I will be testing the new device which is the Apollo XPander optical detector with sounder base in the system and some Apollo XP95/Discovery devices. More devices will be coming very soon in the future and I'm not too sure whether the Apollo XP95/Discovery system will stay up on my shelf or be taken down in the future but for now it will be a hybrid system.

xpander sounder's don't tone hold because they are basically conventional sounders, the xpander open area's are basically normal sonos's so you can fit any conventional sonos base on them and they'll work!, the xpander sounder bases are basically conventional as well but with addessable modules to send data to the interface

thats the xpander sounders receiving a sync command from the panel, the xpander sounder bases are semi addressable so they work different to the counter part Xpander open area sono's

EMS But re branded to Xpander.
Ems firecell is made by Apollo but works on different frequencies and has ems own programming.

Where do I get the xpander system? Also does it work on the c tec cfp fire panel
I got the xpander system from Acorn Fire and Security or you can get them from Ebay. No it wouldn’t work on a Ctec cfp panel because that is conventional and the xpander system is addressable. You would need an addressable panel to make it work. Hope that helps :)

@@FarmerJacob837 Yes it work on a different Ctec addressable panel such as a Ctec Xfp which is addressable. and I have that one too for my system.
What Devices Are Going To Be On System Test 3 And Onwards?
I’m not sure yet. The devices will be the same for now but I might get more in the future.
