Quietly the most consistent marble in the field (as finally recognized by commentary at the very end). So quiet in fact that while running in 4-5th throughout the chaos the commentary didn't even realize the championship was won when Ghost Plasma went off for another minute.

that's because he is never the fast flashy marble. Slimer just manages to avoid obstacles and hazards really great. very often you see him drop in the standings only to gain it back when the mistakes happen.

Honestly I have hardly watched this channel since they got switched him out and said nothing about it. Just isn’t fun to see them lose so hard every week because the replacement marble is terrible.

Safe to say it lived up to the hype. Intense competition, full of defining moments. The Marble Rally delivered once again. I'm very thankful of the JMR team for bringing back this series and these marbles, there's no boring day when they roll fast down the hills. Don't let it go, it has a well deserved status as a main series.
Ghost Plasma had the biggest choke in rally history. I honestly feel bad for the guy. Hopefully, he can regroup and come back strong next season. But congrats to my man Slimer! He wasn't flashy, but he kept chugging away, seizing his moments when they arose. That's veteran experience coming through right there. A well deserved win.
This is what vindication feels like. After all these years Slimer Wins. Races 4-6 had me woried I remember in some of the earlier seasons Slimer was bullied hard in the hairpins turns even had a lot of jostling with Ghost Plasma in the early days. Then there was the one year Slimer was on the final podium. Good on you.
Super proud of Ducktape--they put it all on the track this season. That second place is beyond deserved. It took quick thinking to not DNF in the middle of the pack as other marbles fell all around them! They proved they have what it takes to #StickToIt
Lollipop made me suffer a bit this season, but that overtake in the end is just amazing. Congratulations to the winners, looking forward to the next rally season!!!
This absolutely makes up for his 2017 heartbreaking last race when he finished 3rd in the marble rally when he could have won it all. This lifelong Slimer fan couldn't be more proud of him.

Was cheering for Amethyst to win as the newcomer as a newcomer myself to watching the marble rally but I'm still proud of how far they came. They have a promising career in front of them though and I can't wait for next season.
Wow what a race!!! Was my first season on marble rally and decided to pick Slimer as my guy in qualifying, what a season! Proves that steady wins championships. Not a single DNF, and 4 podiums!

Yea that's so unfair for viewers....that many DNF's....come on, man....I love superball....thats the people's champ....this last race has to be re-run. Sorry, but many would agree.
Not only that, to make matters worse, it was another championship contender (Ghost Plasma), who knocked Superball against that wall, so you can even make the argument it wa on purpose.
RN3's performance in this race was such a microcosm of how the entire season went for him. Being in first place by a good margin for 2 full minutes, then gradually falling back, then not even finishing the race, and then capping it all off with ending the season in dead-last place was so pathetically perfect in summary. Y-I-K-E-S.
What an upset for the final race! Amethyst may not have managed to snag a podium spot, but it was a great debut season for the rookie. Look forward to seeing her back next time!

Kinda had hoped for Amethyst to win this cause a newcomer winning would have been just groundbreaking and there was a moment where it even seemed possible, but well than there was a slight mistake that probably just proves the rookie status and such things has to be polished next season but nonetheless the first race win and just the possibility still fighting for the win in the last race shows that Amethyst indeed has shown an amazing seasons performance overall. So their 5th place is basically like a Win. But to be honest, congrats to Slimer, I have to say with 4 podiums and not a single DNF as the only marble of the field makes absolutely a deserved Marble Rally Champion without any doubts! And oh boy Ghost Plasmas Season Must be the most unbelievable of all time, lol.
As a longtime fan of ducktape, I’m extremely proud of their second place finish this season. Ducktape really pushed themselves, got some good wins and some close losses. Congrats to Slimer though, excellent racing throughout. Very consistent with no DNFs at all.
Back in the day RN3 would have taken control of that race in the mid-course and never looked back. It was painful to watch the old horse falling back. DNF is such a sad end, and an end I think it is.
Red Number 3’s friends the Rojo Rollers completed in Marble League 2023, that’s what I know RN3 and the Rojo Rollers came from the same city and have a friendship with each other
Red Number 3 can't catch a break LOL, and yet, this season was SO MUCH FUN! Every Friday coming home from school, I would drop everything to sit down and watch the next sand marble rally. Really brightened up my day : D, so huge thanks / shout out to whomever makes this possible
After a tough season it was nice to see Grasshopper up front the entire race... a real shame that the victory evaporated in the final moments. Wonderful season for Slimer; credit where credit is due. I like to imagine that, Red Number 3's performance has gone so down hill because he let all the backlash get to him. When he was exposed as not a marble. It sent him down a dark path and has hurt his career ever since.
The final was held on quite an amazing track. I sincerely hope we are going to see this one again as part of the showdown. Thanks for staging yet another great season.
This was seriously the most exciting of all the races I've watched in quite awhile! My choice was eliminated immediately unfortunately but wow, the race, the finish - thanks for a fabulous season Jelle!!!!!
I think lack of endurance is the main culprit: RN3 was top 3 in the early goings on 5 occasions but they lost speed because of hits from or against the other racers, obstacles, too many bumps off the walls.
Talk about a dangerous course! The designers went all out this year! Congratulations Amethyst on a fantastic first year! I know that the ending must have been disappointing having made it all of the way into second place, but you have proven yourself worthy of the league!

As a new Amethyst fan, it was painful to watch the end. But what a phenomenal season. Fantastic finale, very dramatic. Poor RN3 tho, what a disastrous season punctuated by yet another DNF
This was truly exhilarating. Once my boy Superball DNF'd after the first turn I was rooting for Amethyst, but that critical turn that made her lose 4 spots was doom. Very exciting race and congratulations to the winner. On another note, I really hope Jelle makes a retiring video for Red Number 3 so we can let him rest in peace. The surgery needs to be reverted or the marble needs to retire. I think we've seen the last of him.
MKLeo is in a slump, Magnus Carlsen wilfully resigned his title, and RN3 finished last place in the standings. 2023 has been the year of dethroning champions, dang.

A horrible finish for Red. Once he took the lead I had a feeling he would choke it.
Back in the day RN3 would have taken control of that race in the mid-course and never looked back. It was painful to watch the old horse falling back. DNF is such a sad end, and an end I think it is.

Red Number 3’s friends the Rojo Rollers completed in Marble League 2023, that’s what I know RN3 and the Rojo Rollers came from the same city and have a friendship with each other

After a tough season it was nice to see Grasshopper up front the entire race... a real shame that the victory evaporated in the final moments. Wonderful season for Slimer; credit where credit is due. Amethyst has had an incredible rookie season as well.

I like to imagine that, Red Number 3's performance has gone so down hill because he let all the backlash get to him. When he was exposed as not a marble. It sent him down a dark path and has hurt his career ever since.
I agree. Such an awful performance from such a prodigy cannot be due to natural causes. Something happened to him.

I've been a Slimer fan since day 1, sticking with him through the long-standing reign of RN3. Could not be prouder today.
The final was held on quite an amazing track. I sincerely hope we are going to see this one again as part of the showdown. Thanks for staging yet another great season.
This was seriously the most exciting of all the races I've watched in quite awhile! My choice was eliminated immediately unfortunately but wow, the race, the finish - thanks for a fabulous season Jelle!!!!!

First the pinkies. now slimer. this has been the greatest year of marble spectating ever. Both my favorite teams won the natty. incredible
If Red Number 3 hadn’t been forcefully spayed they wouldn’t have ever fallen to the depths that they have.
I think lack of endurance is the main culprit: RN3 was top 3 in the early goings on 5 occasions but they lost speed because of hits from or against the other racers, obstacles, too many bumps off the walls.
Talk about a dangerous course! The designers went all out this year!
Congratulations Amethyst on a fantastic first year! I know that the ending must have been disappointing having made it all of the way into second place, but you have proven yourself worthy of the league!
That jump at 1:30 was really exciting, hope we see them more often in the future!

Amazing season! The marbles i supported (CCE, RN3, BBE, COB) performed mostly bad, but I loved the races! 😊

As a new Amethyst fan, it was painful to watch the end. But what a phenomenal season. Fantastic finale, very dramatic. Poor RN3 tho, what a disastrous season punctuated by yet another DNF
This was truly exhilarating. Once my boy Superball DNF'd after the first turn I was rooting for Amethyst, but that critical turn that made her lose 4 spots was doom. Very exciting race and congratulations to the winner.
On another note, I really hope Jelle makes a retiring video for Red Number 3 so we can let him rest in peace. The surgery needs to be reverted or the marble needs to retire. I think we've seen the last of him.
Such is the nature of sand marble racing. No quarter is asked for and no quarter is given. Next year for RN3. Great season Slimer.
