I’m good then… I got 6 business checking accounts: Capital, Merchant (for taking online payments in case there are chargebacks), Dividend, Payroll, Tax, Savings, and cash (which is the only account linked to a debit card… just in case it is stolen, the amount of money at risk would be limited)… Still prefer to use credit cards as debit cards for most business expenses. Hello, are there any states that allow people to file a operating agreement with the Secretary of State? Also are there any other things similar to it for a C Corp?
What’s the difference between an LLC and a Partnership? If 2 friends go into business together 50/50 and want to protect their personal assets with the most protection, which one may be better choice an LLC or a Partnership? (Not financial advice) just your opinion
