Vanilla -Butterscotch Ice Cream | ബട്ടർ സ്കോച് ഐസ് ക്രീം | Ep:100

Ingredients
For vanilla ice cream
Whipping cream-500ml
Vanilla essence -2tsp
Condensed Milk-300 ml (as per taste )
Salt
For Praline
Sugar-4tbsp
Water-5-6tbsp
Cashewnuts -10
For Butterscotch Sauce
Butter-50gm
Cream-1/2cup
Sugar-200gm
Vanilla Essence -1tsp
Water
Method
At first for making praline heat 4 tbsp sugar along with some water and melt ..
When the brown colour appears add chasewnuts and mix well…
Transfer to a baking paper and allow to cool down ..
After cooling down crush them and keep aside..
For making sauce ,heat 200gm of sugar and add water and caramalise
Then add butter and mix well
After that add cream and mix .. finally add vanilla essence ..mix ..
Allow to cool down ..
now whip whipping to thick form ,..
to that add condensed milk and sugar and fold gently ..
Take container and pour vanilla cream and sauce one after the other ..
and keep in the freezer to set .. minimum 6 hours
Then take out and scope and enjoy :)

I made this today.... Don't know how it will be... I made both vanilla and butter scotch.... But one thing... I burnt my finger accidentally when the caramelised sugar fell... 😁😁

This Christmas 2020... We had not bought any ice cream.... Butterscotch and chocolate ice reams were prepared... Everyone liked it very much....
Dec 26 - we made chocolate ice cream and next day it was butterscotch. Both prepared for 25 members

Whipping cream ഇല്ലാതെ പാൽ 500 ml തിളപ്പിച് vere കുറച്ചു പാലിൽ oru അര സ്പൂൺ cornflour ഇട്ട് നന്നായി ഇളക്കി തിളച്ച പാലിലേക്ക് ഇടുക എന്നിട്ട് ആവിശ്യത്തിന് sugar ഇടുക boil ചെയ്ത് ചെറുതായിട്ട് smooth aayi വരുമ്പഴുത്തേക്കും flame off ചെയ്ത് ആറുമ്പോൾ ഇഷ്ടമുള്ള flavour ചേർത്ത് freezeril വെക്കുക എന്നിട്ട് 4 hour കഴിഞ്ഞു മിക്സിയിൽ itt അടിച്ചു eduthu വീണ്ടും 6 hours freeze ചെയ്യുക icecream ready
ഇത് thanne കുറെ പ്രാവിശ്യം ഉണ്ടാക്കി വീട്ട്കാരുടെ പുകഴ്ത്തൽ ഞാൻ ഏറ്റുവാങ്ങുന്നു and i'm only 13 years old 😊😊💗💗🥰
