Kaman Corporation 70th Anniversary

In 2015, Kaman Corporation celebrated its 70th anniversary and announced the restart of commercial K-MAX helicopter production.

I worked at Kaman in Windsor Locks next to Bradley Field from 68 to 72.. Great memories.

as a kid my brother and I got to climb aboard one of the first Navy Seasprites at an airshow at Lakehurst NAS...To this day I still say that the Seasprite was the proto type for all other jet engined helicopters,and that includes Sikorsky and Bell...Kaman was light years ahead of the pack...and I also turned 70 this year ...
